The Simulated Nebulae Count property of a galaxy indicates the number of galaxy nebula objects that make up the galaxy. If the user changes the Simulated Nebulae Count, the Radius of each galaxy nebula object will automatically adjust to keep the ratio of nebula size to galaxy size constant.

The Simulated Nebula Count property is located near the end of the Properties section of the Galaxy tab in the galaxy's properties panel.

Performance[ | ]
A galaxy with a higher Simulated Nebulae Count will have more visible detail and structure, due to the higher resolution. However, increasing the number of nebulae in a galaxy will add objects to the simulation, decreasing the performance.
