A Galaxy in Universe Sandbox is a group of simulated objects, specifically Galaxy Nebula objects orbiting a Black Hole, that together represent an actual galaxy, or a new galaxy created by the user. A galaxy is a collection of stars, gas, and dust bound together by gravity, often with a supermassive black hole at the center. In Universe Sandbox, the structure and motion of the stars, gas, and dust in a galaxy is simulated by the motion of Galaxy Nebulae around the Black Hole.
