The [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melting_point Freezing Point] (also known as the melting point) of an object represents the temperature at which water will change from the solid to liquid state. Above this temperature, the water will exist as a liquid or gas, and below this temperature, it will exist as a solid.
