The Delete Galaxy action will remove the Galaxy object from the simulation, including the Black Hole and any Galaxy Nebulae objects that make up the galaxy.

The Delete Galaxy button is located at the bottom of the Actions section of the Galaxy tab in the galaxy's properties panel.
A selected galaxy can also be removed from the simulation using the Delete or Backspace button on the keyboard.
