The Average Liquid Elevation of an object represents the average difference between the lowest elevation point on the surface and the current sea level of water (or CO2). This property is read-only and is automatically calculated by Universe Sandbox.

The Average Liquid Elevation property of a Planetary Body can be found in the Elevation section of the Surface tab.
