An atmosphere consists of the collection of gases that are gravitationally bound to an object. Universe Sandbox simulates the effects of an atmosphere on the physical properties of a Planetary Body.
Related Properties & Settings
Properties
- Properties related to a planetary body's atmosphere are located in the Atmosphere section of the Temperature tab of the object's properties panel, or in the Climate tab for the Earth or Mars.
Settings
- The visible atmosphere can be toggled on or off using the Show Atmosphere property in the Display section of the Temperature tab.
